CATEGORY DESCRIPTION
 The candidate must be the primary planner of and be directly responsible for initiatives beyond Quebec’s borders (exporting products and services, acquiring a foreign company, establishing a foreign division, exercising one’s profession in another country or to benefit the people of another country, etc.). These initiatives must produce positive repercussions for Quebec’s economic development and its international visibility.

How did you hear about the ARISTA Competition?
1 With regards to calculating a company's length of time in business, a company that was operating under two different corporate names in its first two years of existence must be considered as a company that has been operating for more than two years, if it has undertook, and continues to undertake, the same organized economic activity (activities) and if it has done so in such a way that the pre-selection committee can establish that it is in fact one and the same company.
